Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, software, subscriptions, marketing programs, consulting services, and digital offerings provided by New Wealth Movement LLC, DBA New Wealth Markets, including but not limited to the Bark Buddy Solutions brand, platform, software, websites, CRM systems, marketing services, training programs, and related offerings.

For purposes of this policy, references to "Bark Buddy Solutions," "we," "our," or "us" shall mean New Wealth Movement LLC DBA New Wealth Markets.

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any Bark Buddy Solutions product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All payments made to Bark Buddy Solutions and/or New Wealth Movement LLC DBA New Wealth Markets are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our software, CRM platform, marketing systems, training materials, setup services, automation services, consulting, and immediate access to proprietary resources, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, reimbursements, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once a payment has been processed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Setup fees
• Monthly subscription fees
• Marketing service fees
• Advertising management fees
• Software access fees
• CRM access fees
• One-time purchases
• Consulting services
• Training programs
• Promotional or discounted offers
• Any additional products or services purchased through Bark Buddy Solutions

Failure to use the service, access the platform, attend onboarding sessions, launch campaigns, utilize provided resources, achieve desired results, or otherwise participate in the program does not qualify for a refund, credit, or cancellation of charges.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is submitted less than three (3) business days before the next scheduled billing date, the upcoming payment may still be processed and will remain non-refundable.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the customer to any refund for previously paid fees.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you may:

• Submit a written cancellation request by emailing support@barkbuddysolutions.com; or
• Cancel directly within your Bark Buddy Command Center by navigating to: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the cancellation request is submitted and completed before the required three (3) business day notice period.

Upon cancellation, access to Bark Buddy Solutions software, CRM systems, websites, funnels, automations, phone numbers, integrations, marketing assets, training materials, and related services may be suspended or terminated at the end of the current billing period.

Merchant of Record

Customers understand and agree that payments may be processed under one or more of the following names:

• New Wealth Movement LLC
• New Wealth Markets
• Bark Buddy Solutions

These names represent the same business organization and are affiliated brands operated by New Wealth Movement LLC DBA New Wealth Markets.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute solely because a charge appears under New Wealth Movement LLC or New Wealth Markets instead of Bark Buddy Solutions.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Bark Buddy Solutions directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, bank claim, or credit card reversal.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel a subscription, agreement, or payment obligation.

Bark Buddy Solutions reserves the right to provide proof of purchase, invoices, onboarding records, communication records, service delivery records, software access logs, signed agreements, website activity, CRM activity, and acceptance of these terms in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.

Accounts associated with unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

Bark Buddy Solutions further reserves the right to pursue collection efforts and recover any unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, legal fees, and related expenses permitted by law.

Service Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation or termination of service, Bark Buddy Solutions reserves the right to remove or disable access to:

• CRM accounts
• Websites and funnels
• Landing pages
• Automations
• Phone numbers
• Email systems
• Integrations
• Marketing assets
• Proprietary templates
• Training materials
• Software features
• Any other systems or resources provided through the subscription

Customers are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain before cancellation becomes effective.

Bark Buddy Solutions is not responsible for retaining customer data, websites, funnels, automations, or assets after service termination.

Results Disclaimer

Bark Buddy Solutions provides marketing tools, software, automation systems, consulting, and related services designed to help dog training businesses generate leads and improve business operations.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, appointments, sales, revenue, return on investment, business growth, or profitability. Results vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, advertising budgets, competition, sales ability, follow-up efforts, business reputation, and customer implementation.

Because results cannot be guaranteed, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund, credit, or cancellation of payment obligations.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, enrolling in a subscription, accessing software, checking the acceptance box during checkout, signing an agreement, or otherwise using any service provided by New Wealth Movement LLC DBA New Wealth Markets, including products and services offered under the Bark Buddy Solutions brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Bark Buddy Pro includes a 20-Lead Guarantee: launch within 48 hours of signup and run the minimum recommended ad budget ($750/mo on Facebook, or $1,500/mo combined across Facebook and Google) in your first 30 days, and if your campaigns don't generate at least 20 qualified leads, we pause your subscription billing until they do.
