Do I own the site?+
On the $497 + $97/month plan, we build, host, and maintain the site for you — you own your domain and all of your content, and we hand over your content any time you ask. If you want the site outright, the $1,497 one-time option transfers it to you and you handle hosting from there.
Can I get edits made?+
Yes. Reasonable ongoing edits are included on the monthly plan — new pricing, a new program, fresh photos, updated testimonials, a changed phone number. Just email us and we make the change. Full redesigns or new custom features are quoted separately.
How long does it take?+
Usually days, not months. Once we have your call, your photos, your program details, and your domain access, most sites are built and live within about a week — often faster.
What about my domain?+
If you already have a domain, we connect it for you — you keep it in your own registrar account. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick and register one, and it stays registered in your name.
Can I upgrade to CRM or ads later?+
Yes, and it's the normal path. Bark Buddy Site + CRM adds the pipeline, calendar, automated text and email follow-up, and missed-call text-back on top of the same site. Area Partner adds the full Facebook and Google ad build. When you upgrade, we credit your setup fee toward it.
